For PTPN members making renewal payments:

To make a one-time payment via credit card, use the PAY NOW button below. Please note that a 3.0% surcharge will apply to all credit card payments.

To set up installment payments via credit card or ACH, or to make a one-time ACH payment, please use the PTPN Payment Authorization Form – ACH or Credit Card (do not click on the PAY NOW button).

To pay by check, mail check to 26565 Agoura Road, Suite 200, Calabasas, California, 91302.

For all other payments:

To pay by credit card, click the PAY NOW button below and follow the instructions to pay by credit card. Please note that a 3.0% surcharge will apply to credit card payments.

To pay by automatic withdrawal, complete the PTPN Payment Authorization Form – ACH Only.
